Anyone who has ever tried inside-the-waistband concealed carry knows that for some people with some guns it is simply not really that enjoyable. This holster, designed for comfort without any loss in speed of gun presentation, may change your mind about IWB carry-even with a full-size service pistol. These high-quality holsters are handcrafted in small batches by brothers Eric and Matt Humphries at Palmetto Leather Works in West Columbia, SC.
The SoCo (“Southern Comfort”) is one of the most comfortable inside the waistband holsters ever designed. The dual-wing pancake IWB design is thinner than traditional fold-over style holsters and helps stabilize a full-size firearm as the wings mold to your body during use. The sewn-on, double reinforced 1.5” belt loop is extremely rugged, low profile and can be placed over a pant loop for perfect positioning.
A rear sweat guard really puts the “Co” in SoCo and ensures that your clothing and skin are safe from the abrasion of the rear sight, grip panel, and slide. Because this holster has a generous sweat guard, care should be taken when reholstering.
Hand dyed, molded and stitched one at a time from top quality domestic cowhide and different exotic trims to match your firearm, the SoCo has quickly become a Wilson Combat staff favorite for everyday concealed carry when you have to conceal your full-size pistol-in all-day comfort.
Although this version of the SoCo is specifically molded to fit our Wilson Combat-Beretta 92 Brigadier Tactical, you will find it to have an acceptable fit with many Beretta 92 variants with rounded trigger guards.
